We were sent the Spin Master Wobbly Worm game for the purposes of this review. It is a fun game for all the family. The Wobbly Worm game is Hoopla on another level!
They say:
Can you hoop the loopy worm? Wobbles the Worm has fallen out of the apple tree and he’s all dizzy! As Wobbles bobs and spins around, players try to get their three hoops over his head. Get rid of all your hoops first to win! Wobbly Worm is get-up-and-move-around fun for preschoolers!
We say:
Noah (aged 3): You have to set it up and then it’s lots of fun. He wobbles and he wibbles and it’s so so so so funny!
James (aged 5): I won! So it’s a good game.
You can play this game indoors or outdoors. You connect the pieces of worm so that he’s as tall as you’d like him to be. Taller seems easier, but is it?! The apple wibbles around on the base, and as it wobbles and spins, you throw the hoops on to the worm head.
I can’t say it’s an easy game. Eye to hand coordination needs to be tip top, and little ones (and big ones sometimes) need to lean in close to get the hoop on the worm.
There are three sizes of hoop for each of the three colours, and you can take it in turns to throw one colour per person. We like to play it where everyone has all the hoops so you can have a good go!
The Wobbly Worm game needs two C batteries, which you pop into the apple base. You will need a small screwdriver with a Phillips head to take the back off the compartment.
Normally £19.99, at the moment the Wobbly Worm game is just £16.65, so grab it while you can at this reduced price!
